Junior Web developer

The Junior Web Developer is responsible for designing and building websites. This includes understanding customer needs, researching and analyzing the competitive landscape, developing a high-level design and wireframe, and working with designers to translate the design into code. The Web Developer then monitors the site’s performance to ensure it is meeting customer expectations.
  • Design and build websites from scratch or from existing templates/clones with minimal modifications
  • Understand customer needs, research competitive landscape, provide high-level design and wireframe to designers for implementation
  • Monitor site performance to ensure customer expectations are met

Figma Designer

Figma designer is responsible for designing and developing website designs and their features, including the UI, UX, and animations. The design process includes brainstorming, sketching, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and iteration.
  • Design the UI/UX of new responsive web designs in a variety of industries.
  • Create prototypes to test usability and design
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a designer in a digital product company
  • Proficiency in Figma or other UI/UX design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, etc
  • Experience designing for the browser or mobile apps
  • Understanding of UI design principles, including typography, color theory, layout grids
  • Strong understanding of UX principles such as navigation flow and hierarchy

The Copywriter

The Copywriter is responsible for creative and compelling content that helps to build a strong brand for both in-house and customer needs. This includes writing copy that can be used in a variety of formats across all marketing channels.
  • Developing the copy for content including, but not limited to, web pages, social media posts, emails, blog posts, online ads, and video scripts
  • Creating engaging and informative copy that's clear and concise for the target audience
  • Ensuring that the copy is appropriate for the intended audience
  • Writing scripts for videos and other multimedia pieces
  • Collaborate with designers to create high converting marketing materials
  • Conducting market research to help determine what messages are most effective for various audiences
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Copywriter or Marketing Manager
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proven ability to work well independently with little supervision

The Customer Support Specialist

The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for assisting customers with their questions and concerns. This includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving problems, and providing information about products.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate them as needed
  • Provide product information to customers
  • Work with other departments to ensure the customer's needs are met
  • Assist with the deployment of new features and products
  • Assist with troubleshooting problems or bugs in existing features or products
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in customer support or customer service management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently on tasks as well as collaborate on projects
  • Basic knowledge of email, chat, and social media apps
